Absolutely! Didn't a federal judge, not Lazzara, say yesterday that he had filed the paperwork for the state court papers to be delivered to him? Whatever happened with that?I believe Calpernia mentioned something about a Judge Chad - any news on that?

He still has had no response from FL. I don't know the details; but his email last night said he is taking this up with the Catholic Arch Diocese.
