her parents fear she will die this weekend from drugs they suspect she is receiving to relieve the pain of starvation and dehydration. But Michael and his corrupt doctors keep claiming that she can't feel pain.

>>Michael Schiavo has been living with another woman, Jodi Centonze, with whom he has a daughter and another child about to be born.
Can you imagine the future dinner table conversations between Michael and his two children?
"Daddy, what did you do to your first wife?"
"I had her killed, she was disabled and couldn't function on her own."
"Daddy, what if I became disabled, would you kill me too?"
To: joesnuffy
Constitutional attorneys and law firms contacted by his legal office explained to the governor in faxed memoranda that he has the authority and the obligation to use his executive powers to prevent Terri's death and urged him to launch a criminal investigation into the case itself.
This would be a fax from Larry Klayman. Larry and his faxes are worthless. 99% of Larry's filings have been and are worthless. [I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt with the 1%. It would be wonderful if Larry's action actually produced help for Terri.] It is misleading to cite any action by Larry.

Not until I up your insurance policy.

There are other more credible sources besides Klayman cited in the aritcle. Terrisfight.org has a collection of them.

From this and other posts you have made it is evident you have an axe to grind with Larry.
Care to state why all the bile?

Just fired this off to Jeb.
U HAVE A BULLY PULPIT_NOW IS THE TIME TO USE IT SIR
I believe you are Terris last hope. I realize your hands are tied legally, but you have the loudest voice. Time is oh so short and someone needs to start shouting.
Here is a fine example of what patriots can accomplish when the system fails.
http://www.jeffhead.com/klamath/ ANYWAY
People quite often are unreasonable, illogical and self centered. Love them anyway!
If you do good, people may accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives. Do good anyway!
If you are successful, you will win some false friends and true enemies. Succeed anyway!
The good you do today will be forgotten tomorrow. Do good anyway!
Honesty and frankness make you vulnerable. Be honest and frank anyway!
The biggest people with the biggest ideas can be shot down by the smallest people with the smallest minds. Think big anyway!
People favor underdogs, but follow only top dogs. Fight for some underdogs anyway!
What you spend years building may be destroyed overnight. Build anyway!
People really need help, but may attack you if you help them. Help them anyway!
Give the world the best you have and you might get kicked in the teeth. Give the world the best youve got anyway!
Good luck and God bless you!

Yes, definitely pray for Jeb as well as Terri.
For a governor, he's been fairly active on this issue. But not active enough, although you have to remember that Florida (as we saw in the 2000 elections) has a runaway judiciary that is, on top of it, famously Democrat and liberal. And, like all judges, unaccountable to the public - even if they're theoretically elected, they never have to campaign, and nobody can possibly be said to have an informed vote when it comes to judges.
I honestly don't know what he can do, but it's hard to believe that there's no recourse at all. Prayers that he comes up with something, or at least that he makes a valiant effort.

Unbelievable. Governor Bush asks for all this legal advice, and then when he gets it, he ignores it.
To: Clara Lou
According to Aloha Ronnie, Klayman resigned from Judicial Watch three weeks ago to run for public office. I don't remember the name of the guy who took over.

Why all the bile? Early on, like many, I listened to and followed Larry and his filings. After nearly a 100% disappointment rate, I've learned, along with many others here, that Larry is "all hat and no cattle." With every filing there is the grand announcement of the great doings of Larry and JW-- along with an invitation to donate to JW. Much later, we find out that the case has died a long, drawn out death, or it's been thrown out of court right off the bat.
As examples, I cite for you:
1) the case of JW vs. Hallibuton and Dick Cheney. We come to find out months later that the case died a timely death because JW never followed up its filing with any discovery! Once again: Talk, talk, talk, and nothing to show for it.)
2) Klayman and the Fla. election fiasco. Larry zoomed in to Fla. to the hearing held by Judge Saul. Lawyers representing the various factions were given the opportunity to speak in the hearing. Larry stuck his mug in front of a microphone in the courtroom and asked to be heard. The judge asked him to identify himself and his connection to the business at hand. Upon hearing Larry's response, the Judge told him that he had no standing, that he could not speak. Now, grandstanding Larry knew that he had no standing. He represented no one (except himself.) He made an idiot of himself on national TV.
Larry Klayman is a loser. (Although I wish that he could do something to save Terri. I just see it as more grandstanding on his part. I'd also love it if he could successfully produce dirt on Hillary in the Peter Paul matter-- but I'm not holding my breath.)

I heard that he had done that. Great. So he's trying to dig up Florida votes for his senatorial run. Larry will be Self-serving Larry until the end, IMO.

Unbelievable. Governor Bush asks for all this legal advice, and then when he gets it, he ignores it.
Do you take the advice of every Tom, Dick and Harry? Or do you take advice from people whose advice you know you can rely on?
To: Clara Lou
First of all, Bush specifically asked for this advice (except from Judicial Watch) from these groups. If he didn't want to hear their advice or act on it, he shouldn't have asked for it. He must have assumed he could rely on these groups or he wouldn't have gone to them in the first place. I would think he didn't just open the yellow pages, close his eyes, and point his finger. ;-)
Secondly, the Thomas More Law Center is one of the most highly regarded legal groups in the nation.
That's why I made the comment I did.
