But Kondracke is saying Bush needs to pander to the illegals as much as possible - even though it is clear that Davis' pandering to the Illegals is what helped take him down because sucking up to illegals is clearly UNPOPULAR.

Yet Kondracke wants Bush to do something that will piss off these same voters.
