He's using the number of those who voted "NO" on the recall and comparing them to those that voted for Schwarzenegger. It just KILLS the democrats that Arnold surpassed that number even though there were 135 candidates. The dems were all geared up to start the whine campaign with the claim that fewer people voted for Arnold for Governor than voted against the recall (meaning "for" Davis). What a sweet sweet return and Mulholland knows it and it's simply chewing at his butt.
