I did not know that a federal judge had requested the case file, Calpernia. If so, is that hopeful? If the judge is a Carter or Clinton appointee, I would say forget it. It must not the judge from Oct. 10 who requested the material. And I don't think there is enough time left now. Nero fiddled while Rome burned as they said, and the FL judicial system is as tyrannical in this case as was Nero.
