I read it :0) But, as I said, no matter how much this judge wants the case, I don't see him actually doing anything until teh State supreme court makes a ruling. Then, if there is a problem he'll be on it quicker'n crap through a goose. :0)

He filed the papers for the case. He requested the case. Don't you understand that it is FL not releasing it?
