It seems so simple to me that all of the evidence regarding Terri's condition her illness, and her wish to die is suspect. Why would they not want to just stop and look? Jeb has the legal advice to do so, he has people asking him to do so, he has some in the media asking him to do something. What am I a simpelton or something? What the heck am I missing here?
Probably because there is an awful lot of pressure on officials not to overly rock the boat. If Terri recovers, this case will generate fifty times the publicity it has to date, and while it wouldn't be directed against Jeb, it would be directed at people with the power to make Jeb's life miserable.
To be sure, some things just need to be done, but even if there were something which was clearly legal that Jeb could do to invervene, even that would not be without considerable risk.
Could there be organized crime connections?
He does look like the kind of guy the mob would send over to break your legs. That would also tie in with his abusive ways. And after all, it is Florida.
I'm starting to wonder if Schiavo has some kind of connection to occult activity. He has way too much power and things have gone uncontested beyond belief for far too long. It's as if no one can stop him. That's not normal.
I was struck with unbelief that this is actually happening, not that I haven't been before but actually being there outside the building where the Governor is forcing Terri to die because of his inaction was to me hideous to contemplate. Terri is in there and she is being essentially murdered by Jeb! There has been mentioned that this situation smacks of Nazi Germany.. well welcome to Nazi Florida, Nazi USA.
Everyone knows (or should know) the facts of the case that Michael is a criminal for his intents, made clear through actions and words, etc.
Everyone knows (or should know) that Felos is corrupt (oh I forgot he is an attorney so he is beyond breaking the laws.. yeah right!) and that Terri never said: "No Tubes for me" (see the court records that she never said this and that Felos continually lies about this in the State and Federal Courts and in the media).
Everyone knows (or should know) that Judge Greer’s actions smack of impropriety and illegality.
Everyone knows (or should know) that the 2nd DCA is a waste heap of judges who at the time of their ruling were in the deepest of evil in their rulings, etc.
Everyone knows (or should know) that the Florida Supreme Court was remiss in their duties to save an innocent disabled woman from a criminal death dealing husband/attorney and all the previous mentioned being guilty of the same crime. (See the state court transcripts and Federal court transcripts for all of the previous, it's all there).
Everyone knows (or should know) that Jeb in his capacity of Governor of Florida in this particular case has the power to use his Executive power to stop this and that it is not a question of "Separation of Powers" that not only Attorneys whom he asked for advice from (Thomas More Law Center, etc.) gave him the information that stated that it went beyond "Separation of Powers" and that he has a duty and obligation to stop Terri from being executed. (The governor of Florida is the Chief Law Enforcement Officer and has every authority to put on hold the execution of a court order (especially an execution order) that has an irreversible outcome if finished then found to be unauthorized. THAT is his authority).
Everyone now knows (or should know) that Jeb will be complicit in murder of an innocent disabled woman.
Right now Jeb and all the previous mentioned are guilty of torture, attempted murder (the job is almost done), terrorist actions via forced dehydration(!) and starvation(!) of an innocent disabled woman. If this doesn't smack of the highest of criminal negligence, impropriety, malfeasance on their parts then I don't know what does.
I don't know what it would take to wake up Americans that this is happening. Apparently everyone goes about their daily lives in total ignorance. Some of the media have been a help but in the mainstream most of the media is for sensationalism and misuse of the science of semantics, etc. and they are remiss in the duties to keep a populace informed.
You can keep praying and sending healing energies to Terri, etc. as this is indeed an energy world so please do not stop in these actions, but I would beseech you to do anything and everything in your physical powers to get the word out about what is happening at this very time.
I suggested to Fay to go out on overpasses with created banners and hang them up just like during election days, etc. and give a message to Jeb in it and also put http://terrisfight.org, etc. I'll leave the rest to your imaginations, only creative and concerted efforts to get the masses attention to this matter (right now!) will have the possible effect to turn the tide of what is happening to Terri right now.
Jeb needs to act and he needs to act quick or be complicit as above stated in the murder of Terri Schindler Schiavo.
Added note: torture and attempted murder of Terri began: Oct. 15th 2pm (hydration, feeding was six hours before that time).

AN EMAIL SENT, REQUESTING AN INVESTIGATION BY HOMELAND SECURITY DEPARTMENT:
Subject: Homeland Security needed in Florida - Thousands of citizens at risk WHAT IN THE WORLD IS GOING ON IN FLORIDA??????? The Homeland Security Dept should hold an immediate investigation into the murky circumstances surrounding the Forced Euthanasia of a 39 year old Pinellas County woman. Documented sources show that Terri Schiavo suffered a collapse at the age of 26 under mysterious circumstances. Since that time, her spouse (of 3 years at that time) sued and won a malpractice award resulting in a 300K award to him for loss of consortium, and 750K to Terri Schiavo for her rehabilitation. Several questions of legality abound here:
1) Why has none of Terri's 750 K been spent on efforts to rehabilitate her?
2) Why has Terri's spouse ordered that Terri not be given normal rehabilitation that would be afforded most persons in her situation?
3) Why is Michael Schiavo still allowed to be Terri's legal guardian even though he has a domestic partner and 2 children by said partner? Terri briefly did have the service of Richard L. Pearse, Esq., appointed by the court in 1998.,br> Attorney Pearse was dismissed from the case by the state court on motion by George J. Felos, Esq., the non-party co-conspirator herein, after the former filed a report concluding that Michael Schiavo had an irreconcilable conflict of interest due to Schiavo's relationship with another woman, his financial stake in Terri's death, and the fact that he tried to let Terri die of a urinary tract infection in 1993.
4) Why has Terri been kept in a Hospice for since March or April 2000, when Hospice' is meant for terminally ill patients, not disabled persons who can be rehabilitated.
5) Why is Medicaid paying for Terri, someone who is not certified Terminally Ill to be kept in a hospice? When her husband drives a recent model Mercedes, owns a home with a pool, has an insurance corporation, and earns good income?
6) Why isn't Michael Schiavo paying the hospice bill if he is Terri's husband? He has income and assets, or is he hiding his assets with his in-active insurance company that has its office at his residence?
7) Shouldn't Michael Schiavo return the malpractice funds that were to be used for Terri's rehabilitation? Surely the mal-practice award was not intended to be used as a vehicle to have Terri's life ended.
8) Why isn't the media allowed to see Terri in her room at the Hospice?
9) Why is the Suncoast Hospice allowed to even be open, when it has 3 lawsuits against it for various misappropriations of patients funds and donations, and for sexual harassment? Isn't it misappropriating the governments funds now, by billing Medicaid for a non-terminal patient?
10) Why is Suncoast Hospice allowed to knowingly employ convicted embezzlers in its financial department? One said embezzler had just been released from prison.
11) Why is Judge Greer allowed to preside over this case when it is clear that he has conflicts of interest, such as having served on the board of hospice (with big salary), as has Michael Schiavo's attorney, Felos? (Felos served as Chairman of Hospice Board). It would seem to me that those very ties to a board overseeing a Hospice that is rife with improprieties would be a red flag.
12) Why has Judge Greer banned Terri's parents from videotaping her, tape recording her, and photographing her? Is this so that he can preserve the false image that Terri is in a coma or in a vegetative state??? This is important evidence that Terri is not in a persistent vegetative state and is responsive to her family and friends. This includes evidence that Terri can get out a few words, and that she WANTS TO LIVE! video. Since when was a judge supposed to suppress the truth?
13) Why is Michael Schiavo's word taken that Terri would not want to be kept alive with artificial means, when her own family and friends never heard her to say such things. Since when was hearsay enough to take the place of a living will? Especially since Michael Schiavo has contradicted himself greatly by suing for rehabilitative funds for Terri and then not using them to do so? His veracity is dubious at best.
14) Why isn't Michael Schiavo being investigated for being the possible cause of Terri's collapse, since medical records (later discovered) have come to light that Terri's initial injuries suggest strangulation? R/E bone scan.
15) Why isn't Terri given the option of refusing rehabilitation, and the option to refuse food herself?
16) Why has Michael Schiavo ordered an immediate cremation of Terri Schiavo's body once she dies?
17) Why doesn’t the State prevent that and order an immediate autopsy of Terri's body, or better yet, prevent her death so as to not need one?
18) Does the state of Florida plan to start putting disabled people into Hospice facilities now? Then to kill them?
19) When did the state of Florida sink so low in its compassion for the disabled?
20) Why is the state of Florida, and ultimately the United States of America allowing itself to sink so low that other sovereign countries feel compelled to offer asylum to one of our disabled? And to offer treatment at no cost? Where is our decency, our humanity, our sense of shame? Why does our country give up its greatness so cheaply?????
21) At what cost, moral and ethical, does the state of Florida, and the country of the United States allow the forced euthanasia of a disabled person? Of any person. How far have we sunk as a nation???
PERHAPS A BOYCOTT OF FLORIDA IS THE BEST THING FOR ANYONE WHO IS CONSIDERING BECOMING DISABLED ESPECIALLY IF THEY HAVE A BAD MARRIAGE. Please kindly respond.
