I propose that in the event that Jeb Bush does not step forward and fulfill his obligation in this matter, that we organize a national grass-roots campaign to boot him from office. Is Florida a recall state? If not, I am certain that with determined grass-roots action come election time, his voter base can be mobilized to remove him from office. Let this be an opportunity to show ALL of our elected leaders in the Republican/Conservative/Libertarian arena that we, as free men and women, require MORE than just words. Make clear that we demand action in return for our continued support. Sure, the Right may loose some elected offices, but the seats lost are the seats that are just being warmed by spineless cowards. It is time to stop compromising. Time to stop choosing the lesser of two evils and supporting it. If we always continue to support the lesser of two evils, we will always have evil. Demand, through action and votes, that our leaders fight for the side of good. Inactivity is a form of action.

That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. What, because Jeb does not take action on ONE ITEM of your agenda you propose recall? that is so narrow minded it is ridiculous!! So tell me are you willing to recall every govenor that supports abortion, republican or democrat? Not that this has anything at all with regards to abortion but for some they equate it. No man is perfect and if he does not pass the litmus test for some, those who wish to place themselves all on high on a soap box and espouse "PURE CONSERVATIVE" jargon is pure hogwash (not you neccessarily).

I agree, I would like to see Jeb recalled if he lets Terri die, and there is diminishing reason to thing that he will not do so.

I am not sure if FL is a recall state: I think it is not, but I believe that it has initiative elections. And it has "Yes" and "No" on judges appointed for fixed terms by the governor.

No matter what good Jeb has done in FL, it is meaningless to me if he won't order the state police to rescue this disabled soul and initiate a criminal investigation against the "judge," lawyer Felos, and especially M. Schiavo himself. I fear that Jeb lacks the fortitude to take such forceful action.
