And they want to say someone is uninformed?
Didn't Bush say the Iraqi war was over when he was on the carrier?
The War on Terror goes on, but the Iraqi war is over. Maybe you
are overinformed?

Didn't Bush say the Iraqi war was over when he was on the carrier? No, he said the major operations were over, not the war.

No... he said that the major conflict was over... his meaning was plain... there would be no more tanks, armored personnel carriers racing toward Baghdad. But, the work, challenges and dangers still exist.

The War on Terror goes on, but the Iraqi war is over. Uh, no it's not.

Didn't Bush say the Iraqi war was over when he was on the carrier? No, he announced "the end of major hostilities" in Iraq - I haven't seen round-the-clock bombing missions or major troop movements lately - have you? Please try to get your attributions correct. (Hint: avoid the NY Slimes version - you automatically know it's wrong.)

You know what he said...."Major combat operations are over. There is still dangerous work to do."and the " mission accomplished" was true for the carrier crew.
