Young Republicans of the East End Brian Tymann was more than a little suprised when a local 16-Year-Old approached him about starting a Conservative Political Group at Westhampton Beach High School.

I've been part of my local Young Republican group for about 5 years (most of us hover around 33-35). At our last meeting, a local teenager showed up and announced she had just started our areas first teenage Republican club. My ten year old (a true political animal) wants to start HER own group. There is a movement afoot and it is only the beginning.

I became active in Republican politics as a 16 y.o. via TARS (Teenage Republicans) in September of 1972.
President Nixon, around that time, found himself becoming involved in a teensy-weensy bit of intrigue, the details of which, we would learn more about later.
It was a great time to be involved in politics!

Young adults have fond memories of growing up in the care-free Reagan years and witnessing their parents' disgust at Clinton and his immmoral/corrupt ways.
Bottom line? More bad news for the DemonRats.

Teenagers Like Look of GOP Seems as though the last gasp of the GOP would have to be exploiting the gullible young.

We used to go on ski trips to the Pocono Mountains, and to basketball games, etc.

Wow...that is so brillant. Hard to come back from a witty and scathing attack like that. I'll go hang my head in shame and disgust after I push a few old ladies down a hill, take away their medication, force helpless school kids to utter God's name, abuse an intern sexually, leave a woman to drown in a lake, run FBI checks on my political enemies.....oh wait, wrong manifesto.....

It's early, but you're in the lead for today's SPOTD award! Well, now it is late, and my opinion that the GOP is trying to coopt liberal ideals and thus exploit the liberal educated young is not denounced by many.

Not brilliant, just obvious, the GOP is simply exploiting the liberal educated young by coopting liberal ideals. That is a sick and disgusting political ploy.

Yeah, nothing at all like Clinton hijacking conservative issues and then warping them. Besides, I can't come up with issues that conservatives have co-opted. That liberal edcuation they are getting in public schools must not be taking...there's hope for the future yet!
