I think it is something in the water they drink.
They seem to have a habit, about every 25 - 30 years, of begging for a world class ass kicking. Granted, they are a bit off cycle as of late.
This guy is certainly holding up all the right signs - "Kick our ass, again. Please!" - "Bomb us now!"
