Lincoln Chafee is a rat fink.

I have trouble deciding if my state seantor is a "B*tch-Ass Punk", or a "Punk-Ass B*tch".

But, either way, he's an embarrassing disgrace.

I would think the latter is the more appropriate moniker. :-)
