You're question reminds me of how "world opinion" continues to blame Sharon for the massacre in Lebanon 20 years ago (perpetrated, I believe, by Palestinian Christian militia men), yet hold Arafat responsible for NONE of the suicide bombings and other murders committed by Palestinians on a weekly basis.
