He should be treated like any other first time offender. If that means jail so be it, but I doubt it would means that for other first time offenders. I have heard no person(including himself) asking for special treatment for him.

Add me to that list. There is no statute of limitations on manslaughter. And if Kennedy is too weak to admit his guilt he deserves the public to mock him as the coward he is.

I'd be very interested in the answer to that question, along with the answer to this one: should the law be changed to make sure people who illegally procure and use prescription drugs to which they first got addicted b/c of medical need cannot be sentenced to prison?
