So, how many folks here believe Rush should be sent to prison, if the allegations against him turn out to be true?

He should be treated like any other first time offender. If that means jail so be it, but I doubt it would means that for other first time offenders. I have heard no person(including himself) asking for special treatment for him.

There are first-time non-violent drug offenders convicted of possession only in federal prison.

Deja vu! Rush Limbaugh should be punished as any other first-time offender is punished.
You people don't seem to understand that even a first time offender can get several years in prison, even if it is just their first offense. It has to do with amount/quantity!

jmc813, the playbook is getting awfully transparent these days. Getting away for a while helps...
