You poor projecting thing, prick is a little thorn.I thought you were ignoring me.
As to your poo bahing around FR, taunting fellow freepers, well, your fecal component is hardly a secret.
Uh-huh. Still fascinated with the naughty stuff, I see.
And we can readily see that you in fact have not read what was posted from the Thomas More Law Center, or the other documents.
I did. Too bad you haven't read anything on separation of powers, who actually handles trusteeships (hint: it isn't the executive branch), and arguments in equity (the potentially winning strategy that the Schindlers' legal team refused to use).
But keep addressing me, lickspittlist, it keeps you away from insulting my fellow freepers when they're in distress over this travesty of justice in the sty that is Florida.
The travesty of justice here was manufactured with the enthusiastic assistance of the Schindlers' legal team. When I saw Jack Thompson's name on the list of people filing briefs, I knew it was officially over.
Finally, something worth reading! "The travesty of justice here was manufactured with the enthusiastic assistance of the Schindlers' legal team." I wouldn't say it was consciously manufactured fecklessly, it just turned out that way with the difficulty of getting past Greer who has set his jaw to put Terri down and be rid of the injustices he's issued. It does not appear that the attorneying on Terri's behalf has been competent. However, I do believe the Thomas More Center reccommendations are workable. The lack of police action on the abuse of Terri that showed up on the bone scan is not a closed door ... malfeasance in an investigation can lead to a case being resurrected many years later and done right the second time around. That would appear to be grounds for the governor stepping in via his State's Atty General. Should there be provable abuse (and poor detective work a decade ago doesn't mean it is a shut case), then Bush would be in the right to halt this order to dehydrate her to death, while the appropriateness of Michael Schiavo being the guardian is resolved. Additionally, judge Greer may be culpable thus his rulings suspect.
