I've read them. They are legal opinions solicited by the Schindlers. The state attorney general and the Governor's counsel most likely disagree with those opinions, and they carry a great deal more weight. Sorry. Life sucks sometimes. Your argument is with the Florida Legislature.

Your argument is with the Florida Legislature. Actually, you're wrong. They weren't solicited by the Schindlers. Were they glad they were written? Certainly. But there are many others that have an interest in this case.
Too late for the legislature to have any impact. This is up to the Governor, and quite possibly to the DOJ.
