Had you been alive at the time, would you have turned in runaway slaves? Would you have supported the prosecution of Rosa PArks for sitting at the front of the bus?"
The sad thing about the above questions is that you're serious.

The sad thing about the above questions is that you're serious. I'm damned serious. You claimed that the rule of law must be followed. Where do you draw the line? When civil rights are violated? When guns are banned?

I won't strawman you over the head but I am curious, is she indeed comatose?
I'm no doc but she does not look comatose to me. She does look quite brain damaged and unable to feed herself but is that comatose. She is not on a respirator and appears to respond to some stimuli.
I'm not saying she will ever recover but can we kill her because she is in a twilight of sorts and unable to feed herself.
Also, why will the husband not allow her parents to take over as her guardians since they have asked for that?

Why not? Slavery was the law of the land at that
time. The laws in the south were not on the side
of Rosa Parks at that time. The law used to allow
for 8 yr. old kids to work in sweatshops. The Scrooges
of the world followed the letter of the law. The
letter of the law killeth, the Spirit giveth life.
