I think California Real Estate is probably the best way to get our economy going again. Real estate is very hot in most areas - and it's only getting better.
As long as interest rates stay low - Real Estate is Arnold's best bet....It really is the answer.

As long as interest rates stay low They are already starting to climb back up. Based on what I've seen lately in the trends and stuff, they aren't coming back down for a good while.

I dont expect price caps, but Id recomend giving relief to real estate companies if they help those who are priced out of housing to find housing.
:P
I know companies would rather make the deluxe model of anything, but the low end needs help. Else people will move out of the most expensive regions and move to Colorado or Nevada.
