And that's another thing...why do hockey coaches and basketball coaches have to wear 3-piece suits??

I prefer hockey coaches in the jacket and tie, that formal look is cool shows a respect for the game and the fans, I get really irrate at coaches that dress down during the games. They do "suit up" during practice though.
