Posted on 10/15/2003 5:12:48 PM PDT by SandRat

FR Admin pulled a thread just now where in the politics section a Guardian Unlimited © Guardian Newspapers Limited 2003 Registered in England and Wales. No. 908396. Registered office: 164 Deansgate, Manchester M60 2RR web site poseter asked a question that goes beyond the pale regarding Pres. Bush.

He-He-He.

Come tomorrow morning I am turning in his posting to the authorities via my work security officer. Hope he enjoys the vist from MI5, the FBI and the Secret Service.

OK, then, "uttering threats against NATO officers" ~ the Brits probably have that one on the books.

Remember, they have no free speech of any kind in UK.

I think they've closed the offending thread.

Nope. Not yet anyway.

There were many comments on the thread complimentary of Bush.

It kind of makes sense, I mean, I wouldn't want to be charged for saying that Saddam should be killed. I don't want to compare Bush and Saddam in any way, but in this case I guess freedom of speech works both ways.

I hope some folks out there will dispatch this Guardian thread to O'Reilly, Hannity, Boortz, Liddy, etc...people in this country need to understand just what kind of deranged idiots we are dealing with of the left end of the spectrum.

Great Moments in British Journalism
The Web site of London's Guardian, a left-wing newspaper, is hosting an online discussion on the topic "Is it time to assasinate [sic] George Dubya Bush?" We'd say it's time for the Secret Service to investigate the Guardian.

I do believe that griddlecake-chapeaued rabbits could be the new Internet growth industry. Google-search "pancake bunny" and see what I mean.

That was your first post? Very cool...
I remember it very well.

That was a terrible pic, and IMO was downright criminal, but the thread referenced here is much worse.
Too bad the poster isn't on our soil...

"That was your first post? Very cool..."

If you remember, the reception on FR wasn't very cool for about the first fifty posts!
LOL!
