You can imagine how bothered I am about what Terri and her parents are enduring.

This is just so wrong.

I am hoping for a miracle. What would happen if Terri screamed "feed me?" Would the hospice staff be required legally adn ethically to accomodate her?

It would be wonderful if she did. Yes, they would be legally and ethically bound to feed her as she would be displaying awareness of her situation and demanding treatment. At least I would think so.
