Father, Almighty God,
We come to you at this critical time to intercede on behalf of Terri, an innocent person who is unable to speak for herself. We ask you now to intervene on her behalf and stop the evil schemes of the devil to end her life. I ask specifically that you open the eyes of those searching for a way out for her and give them wisdom, knowledge and courage to stand firm.
Father you have reminded me that this battle is not against flesh and blood but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of the dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. I ask now that you bind up the forces of evil and bring forth your glory. I thank you that you hear us and you answer us when we call on you.
Send your angels to protect Terri right now. We thank you and praise you In Jesus Name, Amen.
Heavenly Father, we do not know how many voices are raised on behalf of Terri ... but may ours join those to become a mighty chorus before the Throne of Grace ... we again and again come before You that Terri might live. Point those searching to the exact words needed that the Governor would act to stop this execution. And having done that, please prepare the way for the legal team, for they must again go before another judge.
Father, Your word teaches that the woman continually sought relief before the judge, but did not grant her relief. She kept going back ... again and again ... so much so that he granted her relief, lest he become weary. Give us that resolve, Father, to keep going before the judge until relief is granted. We pray for relief ... Terri's life ... in the name of Jesus, Amen ...
