He claims that Terri told him she wouldn't want to be kept alive if ever in this condition, but his ex-girlfriend said in a deposition that he told her that Terri never said what she wanted one way or the other.

I would have to see written proof with her life at stake. My God, he's been living with another woman he has children with, why in the hell did he not divorce Terri years ago? One word..... money. I have not paid any attention to this case until I saw the videotape on GMA this morning. I was expecting to see someone in a coma, but she sure didn't look comatose to me. A vegetable, yes, but definitely not in a coma. If her family is willing to seek therapy for her and take care of her, he should just step aside. He apparently moved on with his life years ago.

How do I gain access to the deposition you reference in your post # 23?

He claims that Terri told him she wouldn't want to be kept alive if ever in this condition, but his ex-girlfriend said in a deposition that he told her that Terri never said what she wanted one way or the other. Michael, in a secret interview, told the reporter, "While strangling Terri, some thirteen years ago, I heard her mumble "If you don't kill me, and I end up on life support, please pull the plug"."
The reporter asked what it sounded like, and Michael said, "bluhhhh,yackk....,oohhh,bluhhhhh,pahhhhh", but that he was able to translate it due to his familiarity with his wife's voice.
