He claims that Terri told him she wouldn't want to be kept alive if ever in this condition, but his ex-girlfriend said in a deposition that he told her that Terri never said what she wanted one way or the other.

Why does the judge believe the husband on this? I would have to see written proof with her life at stake. My God, he's been living with another woman he has children with, why in the hell did he not divorce Terri years ago? One word..... money. I have not paid any attention to this case until I saw the videotape on GMA this morning. I was expecting to see someone in a coma, but she sure didn't look comatose to me. A vegetable, yes, but definitely not in a coma. If her family is willing to seek therapy for her and take care of her, he should just step aside. He apparently moved on with his life years ago.

I don't think the judge could or does believe the husband. I am wondering if the judge may have a drug or some other problem that the husband may know of.

It would seem someone involved in this case definately knows something about the judge that he does not want to get out. MCD
