Newly released phone records belonging to accused double murderer Scott Peterson show a very different account of his extramarital relationship than what his lawyers and family have been revealing publicly, Fox News has learned.
Though Peterson's defense team and family suggest 28-year-old massage therapist Amber Frey (search) was doggedly pursuing him, the records show Peterson called Frey hundreds of times, even after his wife Laci had been reported missing, sources close to the case told Fox.

Because They ( led by Scott ) put an APB out on Laci when she went missing. Happened on christmas Eve. It was all over Fox, with Shephard Smith asking people: " Have you seen this woman?"

Something to do with California law. He can be (and has been) charged with the son's death also. Oh but I'm sure California allows abortion *and* partial birth abortion...
I know I know... I just find it terribly ironic... how when we don't *like* the killer, it's not ok to kill an unborn child. But if he's generally a nice person and does it in a professional, antiseptic way, it's OK.
