The website says Friday's hearing is on a Motion For Discovery In Open Court. And of course we all also know that the word is, Geragos also plans to ask that the Oct. 20 hearing be continued.

Yeah for sure we know MG is gonna ask for a continuance. The rest of the "Discovery" hearing may be about attempts to challenge the evidence and maybe even some witnesses. I'm just not sure.

Wouldn't it be great if Judge Girolami DENIED the delay and told McAllister to take it? (guess I can wish can't I?) BUT he did say Last time when he granted another delay that quote" it would very likely be the last delay of the Preliminary Hearing!"
