Incentive is everything. Something they lack and something that must be bestowed upon them. When the gains of terrorism are but a grain of sand compared to the cost.

Man and his son are strolling through a park in NYC. They come upon some kind of sculpture with two tall rectangular shapes in the middle.
Son asks, "What's that, Dad?"
Father answeres, "That's a monument to the Twin Towers".
Son thinks a moment ...... "Dad, what are the Twin Towers?"
Father says, "At one time they were the tallest buildings in the world, and they used to stand right on this spot until about 30 years ago when the Arabs destroyed them".
Son thinks a moment ...... "Dad, what's an 'Arab'?"
I would share the sentiment, but I don't blame the Arabs. Not all Arabs are Islam and not all of Islam are Arabs.
Islam is a devolutionary system of thought against which the civilized world must propel itself from for its own physical survival. Islam is the thrustblock which rears its ugly head periodically in order for the world to collectively re-constitute and refresh its desire for peace, freedom and justice. If there be a common enemy to unite against, let it be a system of thought, not a race of people. Wiley and treacherous Islam has revealed itself as the enemy of mankind once again and it is time to put it underfoot.
Even the writer of the article you refer to, a muslim, hints that there is something intrinsically wrong with his belief system, but only sees dimly, as through a veil.
