Tony "the Man" Snow bump.
I'm finally glad to see somebody attacking the "imminent" issue that the Dems continue to raise. They've been getting a free pass. It's nice to see somebody finally challenging them on it.

I willing to give him credit for being talented enough to be both at the same time. I'm willing to give him credit for neither-- only the ability to mouth the party anti-Bush line.

After watching this on Sunday, and Snow was very polite about it, I guessed that Rockefeller would never come on the show again.
Liberals are simply not used to questions tougher than Katie Couric would lob.

"If the word "imminent threat" wasn't used, that was the predicate, that was the feeling that was given to the American people."
Now I know how the dems and rinos found a clause in the constitution to murder unborn children.
They also apply this sound reasoning to the second amendment, to them it does not mean the people have the right to keep and bear arms, even if that is what the second amendment says.

I heard this on WLS today.
IT WAS GREAT!

Rockefeller is either a liar or an idiot. I'd bet on liar. I willing to give him credit for being talented enough to be both at the same time.
Rockefeller is both.
But a simple question...why didn't the President just say, "Hell yes; it was an imminent threat"?
To: ConservativeMan55
Is that an old bio? I think he and his wife have a couple more kids now.
To: Inspectorette
Yes. Its an old bio.

Rockefeller is a lefty liar.I've seen him do it and finally watched Tony Snow call him on it.Nancy Pelosi also tried the "no eminent threat" ploy this week.I am sick of them misquoting the President and misrepresenting the Kay findings..

I saw that segment with Rockefeller.
Tony did a good job of exposing the dishonesty of the recent Dem/liberal talking points.
Rockefeller looked really stupid in his attempts to rationalize his lies.
I have been disappointed with Tony Snow lately allowing Dems on his show to get away with spouting phoney propaganda unchallenged.
I'm glad he didn't let Rockefeller get away with that BS.

LOL. But don't be deceived. These people know exactly what they are doing. They are only called to task by media outlets that are condemned by the "mainstream press". Somebody should write a book. Maybe LIES (AND THE LYING LIARS WHO TELL THEM).

The democrats have worked to long in an environment where their outragioius statements would not only have gone unchallenged but be repeated by the leftwing media.
The have most assuridly take the propagana principles of the nazi party of germany.
I bet this holding their feet to the fire is pissing them off. No liar can remember all their individual lies.

Ahhh...I will forever consider Tony "Stud Muffin", a moniker placed on him by Mary Matlin back when she had good taste in men.

I guess all those senators who voted for taking action against Iraq are now admitting they're downright STUPID. They can't all be hard of hearing, now, really.

In a way, the Democrats are uniting the right with these bald face lies, and I say let them keep it up, because before long more rational thinking democrats are going to jump ship, Just read what Zell Miller and Ed Koch has to say about their fellow democrats, and despite how the left spins it, that's what happened in California! they got tired of the ruthless personal attacks
I think this Administration ignored the first volley of lies to go unchallenged, and the second, and the third and now it's time to expose them. There is going to a backlash from the troops and the media is not going to be able to ignore it.
The naked ambition for regaining the power they have lost has compelled these politicians to do great harm to our international credibility and the morale of the troops in the theatre with these unexcusable lies and spin. The Democrats need to pay for what they have done and so should those in the media who have been doing their bidding.
We also need to get tough with these left wing undercover propagandist here on FR as well. It's time to put an end to this nonsense once and for all
