What Sharon is saying is based most likely on Israeli intelligence. Libya does not have the capability of making nukes, but it sure can, as Sharon is saying, try to purchase/get them. Looks like it is doing so and no one is watching.

What has Qaddafi's Green revolutionary terror state, Libya, been up to lately?

Debka has reported for better than a year that the real Arab nuclear program employing many North Korean engineers and funded by Libya, Egypt, Iran, and Saudi Arabia is based in the Libyan desert.

Pyongyang has its hand in nuclear programs and missile technology transfers with several Middle Eastern countries, Libya, Egypt, Syria, Iran and Iraq. Step by step, its engineers and technology have been quietly investing in the Libyan-Egyptian al Kufra nuclear center (where Iraqi nuclear scientists are also employed); its long-range missile components are assembled in Egyptian factories near Alexandria, Syrias medium-range missile assembly plant and chemical and biological weapons laboratories near Hama in the north use North Korean components and technology and, as we reported last month, North Korea transferred nuclear manufacturing facilities, including uranium enrichment equipment, to secret Iranian sites at Natanz and Arak. These are all multibillion projects.

Libyan nuclear research facility shown here after inspection by Israeli officials.

I think their record is quite a bit better than "only every gets it right by chance."
This article for example and others like it they have published for well over a year (closer to 2 by my memory) are Debka stories about Libyan nuclear research.

Pakistan is not an Arab country. They are Pashtu/Baluchi/Punjabi and some others tossed in. Saudi Arabia does not have nuclear weapons.

Ezek 36:24 Israel will be reborn
Ezek 37 -- Israel has been reborn
Ezek 38:5- Iran (Persia) and Libya attack Israel
that's why I wasn't all that surprised a couple months ago, when Israel announced the Arrow anti-missile missiles had been deployed to protect against Iran. And I learned they already had a battery of Arrow's protecting on the Libyan front.

Don't you think the Saudis got a little something in return?

Qaddafi is a madman. The thought of him with a nuke is unacceptable.
I wouldn't let him have a potato gun.

Unfortunatley we have half our population that will doubt any Nuke has been used by Lybia until it can be verified by UN commssions.
This is why its so very important not to ever let a Liberal govt esist here in the post 9-11 era.
