"Rush has already confirmed part of what she said...."

She sold him the drugs....so that makes her the dealer and Rush the user.

"Federal drug crime...." You have to prove his intent was to sell drugs. Was he busy sorting out pills and putting them into little plastic envelopes in his Limo? Did he have his cigar box all neatly arranged with his merchandise? Did he have a code name? Did he have his maid and her husband beat up non-paying customers?
Or did he stockpiled his Oxycontin for his weekend golf trip. You know a gallon size zip lock bag marked "Rush's OxyContin...personal use only." Then that's personal use.
You have to prove without reasonable doubt that he was a big time drug dealer or a man medicating his chronic spinal pain.

Let us not forget that this was not some cripple who needed these drugs to get from his bed to his bathroom. This guy was playing golf two, three, if not more times a week!

Lets not paint him as some poor soul who could not function due to his pain and needed these drugs in order to tackle life's necessities.

Come on people! Rush said himself, don't make him a victim!

I had trouble with Patellar tendinitis. Boy, the pain was worst than child birth. I would just move and I would holler with pain. But with a good dose of painkillers....I felt like singing "The hills are alive with music." Then I was put on anti-inflammatory medication and muscle strengthening exercise. It just took a long time to heal. I can relate with anyone with chronic pain. My mother dislocated her back and she was in constant pain. I wonder if she was on painkillers while taking care of her family? That's back in the sixties...pill heaven. She always tried to be physcial. She did alot of gardening but she was not allow to pick up heavy loads. Doctor's couldn't do much.
I'm wondering how Teddy Kennedy is doing? He messed up his back in a plane crash? Remember?

Of course he's not some poor cripple ... now.

Five/Six years ago he needed the pills for the pain and you don't know how incapacitated he was at that time.

Now he's addicted.

Chronic spinal pain is no picnic.

Talking about chronic spinal pain. I'm wonder how Teddy Kennedy is doing. He was in a plane crash and he really messed up his back. I wondering if he still have problems?
