One summer I temped at an insurance company. Some of the claims were unbelievable. Stupid things people will do. Smoking while spraying aerosol hair spray. Using gasoline to rid a child of lice. Lots of other moronic things. Boggles the mind.

I stay bachelor for long time and learn to cook well. When I get married, my wife bitch at me that her luck that husband can cook....ok so I backseat cook and she not take well to my suggestions over her shoulder. :0)

Clue to all you newlywed guys....Screw-up one load of laundry with one of your wife's favorite items, and she will restrict you from doing laundry for life!

Bonus Free Clue: Same thing hold true in the kitchen as well. Substitute salt for sugar in a cake or microwave the potatoes three times as long as the recipe calls for, and you're on Easy Street!

My parents faced the same difficulty.

When my father was a bachelor, he learned to cook extremely well. He shared a house with six other young men, and he decided that he would rather cook than clean up. HE cooked for all seven, they all shared the cleanup chores.

My mother (bless her heart) cannot cook. She could burn water. She can't toast bread or fry an egg without setting off the smoke alarm.

Luckily, my father just kept right on cooking, and mother took over the cleanup chores.

Thankfully, my father taught ME to cook.
