I must be missing your point. First you said:

Do you believe that people who get back on drugs (and prescription drugs are just as illegal as non-prescription drugs without a prescription) after rehab should go to jail or not?

The first quote is not mine. The second one is, and I think that like other crimes, the punishment should be judged upon the nature of the crime and the individual involved. Not all drug addicts are hardened criminals. I hope for your sake that a family member or friend of yours never gets involved with drugs, because if they do, you will soon see the other side of the coin.
