He should be punished as any person who broke any laws that he may have broken. As a former drug addict, I have little compassion for his weaknesses.

Yes I did and yes I was. The punishment was one of the best things that ever happened to me. Sometimes you need to be knocked on your knees to realize your going the wrong way.
