I admire Rush. I listen to him when I can; I have purchased both of his books, and usually agree with his points (but not always). I respect his ability to very clearly and suscintly illustrate his points. One of the points I have disagreed with him on, is how he treats the "war on drugs'. Now, he is involved with the consequences of his actions. If he had espoused the 'WOD' like I had; I would have had some sympathy for him. As he was a leader in the "Prohibition" view of WOD, I find it amusing how hypocritical this has become.

There's a really good chance that means jail. Apparently, Rush received Fedex shipments of drugs from out-of-state. If that does prove to be the case, federal mandatory minimums will kick in - the majority of first time users who get sentenced under Federal law do go to jail (about 80%, I believe).
