LISBON (AFP) - A youth-oriented clothing store located in the heart of the Portuguese capital plans to give away clothes on Wednesday to any customer who is willing to go shopping at the shop naked.
"Those who come naked, will leave clothed," one of the managers of Yorn Store, Vera Guedes, told AFP.
Participants at the clothing giveaway will be allowed to undress inside the shop and will then be given a towel to cover themselves while they wait in the busy downtown street outside the store for the event to begin.
Once the signal is given, the shoppers will have to drop the towel before they are allowed to storm into the store nude and select one complete outfit -- minus shoes -- from the racks of the shop and leave without paying anything.
The shop, which has a huge stock of famous foreign brands as well as clothes made by local designers, hopes to attract attention to its new fall collection with the event.

Just damn.If you want on the new list, FReepmail me. This IS a high-volume PING list...
[As i mentioned, the B/C & JD! lists are going to float into and out of whack over the forseeable future, while I try to cobble a rig back together for myself. My apologies for any incovenience or misunderstandings in this time frame. New signups/removals may be flaky in this time-frame as well; please bear with me, and keep in mind you may have to FReepmail me more than once for me to get it done. Thanks again!]

I think they should worry about the orphanage rape scandals brewing in that country. Wow Europe is getting really religious and morally bankrupt.

This is just a thinly veiled assault upon the right of shoplifters to practice their profession.
And that's the naked truth!!!!!

It's a scam. The store owner just wants to see the shoppers naked. He should install a camera behind the changing room mirrors as a "security device" like stores in America do.

Wow Europe is getting really religious and morally bankrupt. Surprisingly, this now reached the more conservative countries like Portugal, Spain, and Italy.

Hey, wait a minute. They need to set a weight limit. Geez. Anyone that wears as size larger than a 9 should be disqualified. Get real here.

ROFL - I have always told my wife they need to set up posts at the entrance to the SPANDEX and BIKINI sections of all stores -- then put a sign that says "If your *SS is wider than these posts, YOU DON'T NEED ANYTHING IN THIS SECTION!!!"
They also need to put a sign by the speedo's that says "Under 40 only, grandpa you don't need to be wearing these!"
It was horrible officer, she came in and you could hear the spandex stretching, she bent over, there was aloud ripping and popping sound, and then it was cellulite everywhere. Oh the humanity!

Well, yes.
How long do you think it would take them to scatter if I set up my art board and supplies and started sketching?
I'd say almost exactly 1.393 seconds.
