Interestingly enough if he were a Republican and a multi-millionare...he would be accused of buying the election. Those charges never seem to be leveled to such millionares as Corizine and Cantwell or Dayton, but they sure were leveled when Forrester, Huffington, Issa ran for various races. Very interesting....

Since I'm from Illinois I thought I would drop in on this thread. All I know is Rove and the RNC better pour a lot of money in here or we're gonna lose this seat. Fitzgerald screwed us over bigtime.

In spite of sharing a last name with an unpopular ex-governor, Jack Ryan is the right man to take on whoever the 'Rats nominate. He is a committed conservative with a big heart, a self-made multimillionaire who sold his investment banking firm to teach underprivlidged, impoverished youth for free. Illinois conservatives should rally around him, especially when it comes to helping get out the vote.
