There is not one peso's worth of difference between Dick Montieth and Dennis Cardoza.
Both men built their careers on licking Gary Condit's boots and no Condit crony is getting my vote.

The other bone I have to pick with Dick Montieth(besides his discouraging potential Reoublican congressional candidates from running against Gary Condit in 1998, endorisng Gary Condit over Steve Wilson in 2000, asking Gary Condit permission to run in the 2002 Primary, serving up beans at Condit fundraisers from '95 to '00, treating Chandra Levy as a non-issue and avoiding the downtown Modesto Freeps like the plague.) is that I have e-mailed him inquiring his stance on trade with Red China and Cuba. I have yet to recieve a straight answer. His silence tells me he will put agribusiness interests over security for this nation and human rights in those countries.
