Glad you posted this. I dispise Winred and refuse to filter my donations through this organization. Not sure what the answer is as to an alternative. I do know these people skim their portions off the top. Just like the GOP to lack the sense to renovate/revise something that’s not right Why are they so lazy?? Isn’t anyone capable handling software that will do the job? It is a sinful waste of money. I will not fund these middle men who are now millionaires off my hardearned money.

Yeah be careful. There was one fundraising group in 2016 that signed you up for monthly donations unless you spent a lot of time finding the checkbox on their website to opt out. And it turned out that they kept a huge percentage of the funds. I just want to give to my preferred candidate directly.

Yes, if you donate on their website directly without any specific candidate. If you donate on the candidate's page, it goes to the candidate's campaign.

This misinformation has been widespread for years now and scaring people away from donating to Republican candidates and helping the Democrats get every advantage they can.
