Richard Grenell is an example of a gay person who I support. He is after all a product of the Lord, and it’s his responsibility to deal with his sin. we all engage in sinful activities, which is why the Lord sent his son to earth to absolve humans for their sins. The Bible is quite clear that one can’t live in perpetual sin and be a man of God. Being a man of God means repenting for your sins, which is the process of admitting them, asking for forgiveness, then making every attempt to avoid doing them again.
Grenell is making NO attempt to repent, by all appearances. In fact he is flaunting his sin, as evidenced by his flying a rainbow flag on his embassy which was against state department policy at the time. He proved to be a dangerous insubordinate who put his evil lifestyle above all else.
Did I say he is a man of the Lord? I do not remember even hinting that was a possibility. I surely do not have all the answers, but there is a reason the Bible tells us that Being Judgmental is also wrong. As I say, I do not deceive them by saying that there is nothing wrong with their engaging n homosexual activity. I tell them point blank that their activity is a sin, and that the sin will be of concern if they continue the sin. But I also say that I am not the one to pass judgement upon them. That they must come to the Lord. on their own accord, and I pray for them to overcome their sin.
