So...an elected politician must forfeit her or his free speech right?

This is a nothingburger.

Doctors and dentists get a reputation and many people will travel cross country to get treated by them. Rich and famous people talk to each other and make recommendations.

What we learn from this is there’s a good dentist in TX.

This is a big nothing-burger and should be treated as such. Only leftists will care where she went to the dentist, yet conservative pundits begin to worry. If they need something to worry about, let them condider the voters’ reaction to Trump calling an opponent a “bird brain”.

Whether or not Noem is on the ticket, her endorsement of a dentist won't have any impact on the election in November, because everyone knows that Trump voters are all toothless hillbillies anyway.

“I can see why a governor would want to go somewhere for this kind of work where she would not be recognized.”

A governor had to travel over a thousand miles to avoid being seen in a dentist’s office???? Bizarre.
