A point I often make is that Donald Trump’s travails were not because of Democrats. Instead, they were because of Republicans. Had the Republicans supported him, the past seven years would have been very different. And if you doubt that Republicans are a problem, just check out how the Republicans in North Dakota’s legislature vote.
When Democrat voters cast their ballots for a Democrat candidate, they know what they’re getting: Someone who will reliably vote in lockstep with Democrat party leadership, whether that leadership comes from the White House or Congress, and whose votes will invariably hew left. That’s not true for conservative voters. When they cast their ballots for a Republican candidate, the likelihood that their candidate will support conservative ideas and people, including the President of the United States, is slender indeed.

That point was brought home by a computer algorithm analysis looking at the voting patterns of the Republicans in the North Dakota legislature. (Hat tip: Powerline.)
Minot Republicans Mike Blessum and Zach Lessig used a computer algorithm to analyze the votes of every North Dakota legislator to determine how they voted. Or more accurately, who they voted with. The results in the North Dakota House are stunning — 45 of the 84 members who caucus Republican vote more with the liberal members of the House than with the conservatives.

Some are only marginally to the left of center, but there are more than enough moderate Republicans (shown in light blue) voting with the 12 Democrats (dark blue) to effectively control the agenda in the House. Click here to see the full analysis of North Dakota legislative votes.

According to the FR the Republican Party is our god country club set we MUST ALWAYS vote for the Republican candidate no matter what your reservations maybe or otherwise by not voting or voting third party you are supporting the Democrats and that is disloyal and purist thinking you conservative troglodytes! Never mind if we turn our noses up to your conservative candidates and that rabble.
The article shows the GOP at the state level and in Washington are liberals who want what the Democrats want, they just want to keep their taxes low. All that other petty stuff like abortion, a sealed border, gun rights, etc... are just issues to be used for getting elected and then tossed aside as needed.
What was it Ronald Reagan said about a political party offering bold colors not pale pastels of me too, me too! If you offer voters no real choice eventually they say why bother as they watch the Republican and Democrat Marxist implode the country. How does 45-50% of the country exist without any representation from either party? They are lied too, ignored, blamed and prosecuted You have the makings of a nasty rebellion in that witches brew at some point.
We think Blacks are on the Dem plantation but in reality conservatives are locked into the GOP plantation.
The difference is the Dems pay off the Blacks and the GOP gives conservatives nothing.

Having cast my first vote in 1972 for Richard Nixon, and voting GOP ever since, I stopped voting in congressional races in 2016.
I twice voted Trump and will do so again, but I will do so as an Independent.
I cast away my GOP registration in Jan 21 when Mike Pence accepted obviously fraudulent electoral college votes.
