Limited opportunity. Black females are a lost cause in elections for the GOP. They are the most one-sided voting group in the US. Far more one-sided than even the LGBT* crowd.

Black males tend to vote in measurably fewer numbers than black females.

In the 1st Congressional of Indiana - Jennifer Ruth Green a Black Women and great candidate was running as the GOP Candidate for Congress. Graduate of the Air Force Academy - Gulf War Veteran - devout Christian - She campaigned at all of the Black Churches in the District. Blacks in Gary voted 92% for the Democrat Candidate. Jennifer Ruth Green lost by a small number of votes to the Do-Nothing Democrat because of the Black vote automatically going to the Dem.
