Limited opportunity. Black females are a lost cause in elections for the GOP. They are the most one-sided voting group in the US. Far more one-sided than even the LGBT* crowd.
Black males tend to vote in measurably fewer numbers than black females.

Black males tend to vote in measurably fewer numbers than black females. I was surprised to see exit polling results that showed Democrats doing better with Hispanic males than with Hispanic females.
