An Arab American student who attended Ridgefield High School in northern New Jersey has filed a lawsuit against a teacher he claims used the word “terrorist” in response to a question about a class assignment.
Mohammed Zubi, a practicing Muslim of Palestinian origin, states in court papers he was working with fellow students on Oct. 10, 2021 when he asked his teacher for more time to finish the assignment.
“We don’t negotiate with terrorists,” the teacher allegedly said “in a loud voice” so that others could hear, states the lawsuit, filed Oct. 17 in Superior Court of Bergen County.

Ask him to leave the class as he is a distraction.
Nah.
Joe would have said Howard the Duck.
Iheard of a very similar incident in a tough coal mining town. This was a male tracher, skinny old dude who loved to humiliate students especially girls so that they would break down in class. He did it to one really quiet girl who was late for class. A couple days later the girl’s two very large and tough brothers waited until Mr Jasper left school at the end of the day. They crashed his car and when he came sputtering and cursing out proceeded to beat him so severely he was hospitilized for several weeks, lots of bones broken, face really messed up and flung bodily on top of his car. Mr. Jasper never returned but retired while in the hospital. The town cops never did anything. After Jasper was there was a big party by students themed ‘there is no Jasper’. Which was true as the Jaspers sold their house and supposedly ‘moved to Florida’.
Wait for the facts to come out.
Agree. Lying seems to be part of Moslem culture. All their moral talk--but when a conflict comes up, their ethics tend to be "situational."
It seems to be tied in to the "situational superiority" that they attach to Islam.
Yep
Some losers cannot take a joke. I’ve been called worse by my buddies.
IOW, a TERRORIST.
Ron and Clint.
I had an elementary school teacher who had a habit of humiliating me in front of the class. Not that she knows it, but I forgave her years ago.
The odd thing is, other than that she was one of the best teachers I ever had. To this day I remember things she taught us, such as how to pronounce Spanish.
She just had it in for me in particular.

I had a problem with tardiness. My brother and I rode our bikes 4-1/2 miles to school, and we always cut it close, leaving at the very last moment. So we were sometimes late for school.
This teacher would stop her lesson, call me up to her desk, and berate me about the problem in front of the class until I was in tears. This was fifth grade.
What she should have done is discuss it with me in private, or, better yet, communicate with my parents to make them aware of the problem.
She had definite favorites in the class, and I was obviously on the bottom of that list. I was an A student, and up until that grade had never had many problems in school. The next year, with a different teacher, my problems stopped.
