The Hill reporter Joe Concha contrasted the easy-going line of questioning Joe Biden received from voters during a CNN town hall on Thursday to the grilling questions President Trump took at a separate town hall this week.
Concha’s observation: Biden, Concha said in an appearance on “Fox & Friends” Friday, took “beach balls” for questions during the Pennsylvania town hall but described Trump’s ABC News-moderated town hall as “obviously hostile.”
“One town hall was infinitely more challenging than the other,” Concha said. “It’s very apparent what we saw between the two candidates, one obviously hostile the other one hospitable.”

MSM question for Biden: “How ‘bout those Mets?”
I think the Trump team should stop complaining about the kid gloves treatment Biden is getting and embrace it. This all proves that Ol’ Joe is just a puppet, and a pathetic drooling senile puppet at that.
I suggest that President Trump insist that Joe Biden receive all debate questions to be directed to him in advance and get approval over said questions, that Biden be allowed to have assistants and a teleprompter on hand, and be allowed to take as many breaks of whatever length of time he wishes during the debates. Trump on the other hand should get no help whatsoever and let the moderators try to surprise him with their worst “gotcha” questions.
No matter what advantage Slow Joe is given Trump will soundly kick his ass in any debate.

No one seems to have addressed the issue of Joe probably had all of the questions in advance, had a chance to rehearse his answers.

But even the “nicer” questions for Biden didn’t exactly help his cause, though.
I don’t just want to see Trump beat Biden in the debate. I want Trump to humiliate Biden. I want to see Chris Wallace invoke the mercy rule and stop the debate. I want to see Democrats denying that they are Democrats and denying that they support Biden.

That is going to happen regardless. Do you honestly think there’s any chance that Biden’s team isn’t going to get every single question in advance? My point is that rather than complain Trump should make the DNC and Mainstream Media own the fact that they are propping up a full-blown dementia patient and the worst presidential candidate in American history.

I’ve already heard the “Trump is a bully” talking point being planted by the DNC. You can be sure that when Biden inevitably embarrasses himself during the debates that this will be framed in the media as Trump bullying this dear sweet old man.
Joe Biden can barely handle getting himself a bowl of jello. The fact that this pathetic tired old codger is being pushed on the American people as a potential leader is outrageous. I repeat: Make them all own it. In the debates Trump should give the old man every advantage, be polite and deferential to him. Congratulate him when he manages to blurt out a pre-packaged talking point coherently.
Biden will screw up any debate no matter what.
Trump should give some beach balls to the mods and say “Here’s your hardball questions for Joe.”
