Report: NFL Interest In Bringing Kaepernick Back Was ‘Fake’
LaCorte News ^ | 9/8/2020 | Damjan Tutarkov

Former San Francisco 49ers player Colin Kaepernick will remain a free agent for the fourth straight season after no team showed interest in signing the former quarterback-turned social justice warrior ahead of the 2020 season, slated to begin this weekend.

The story: Kaepernick became a free agent following the 2016/17 season after his controversial decision to kneel for the national anthem to protest racial injustice and police brutality against black Americans.

But as the Black Lives Matter movement spread across America following the death of George Floyd, professional sports organizations, including the NFL, have allowed players to kneel during the playing of the Star-Spangled Banner and display political messages and the names of victims of racism and police violence on their helmets and jerseys.

In the meantime, the NFL has also admitted it was wrong to see the kneeling as controversial, prompting speculation that Kaepernick could be signed before the opening of the season.

Maybe he can swish around and be a cheerleader in the WNBA.

If we can just wait it out, he’ll end up on the nursing home bingo team.

Why doesn’t that woke fool who coaches Seattle hire him to help make up for the four hundred years of oppression.

If an owner cannot control his employees, he soon goes out of business.

Twenty years from now the leftist media will be running stories that state, "Colin Kaepernick will remain a free agent for the twenty-fourth straight season after no team showed interest in signing the former quarterback-turned social justice warrior."

It's not news. No one did anything. Did he get a job? No. You want to know why? It's because no one cares or should care. Colin Kaepernick is a piece of schiff. Every player that kneels in the Negro Football League is too.

Krapper could care less about playing football. He wasn’t good enough, nor does he probably work out to stay in playing shape.

Meanwhile, he’s got tons of money and is treated like a star everywhere he goes by the SJW’s of the world, media.

He’s got to laugh his ass off every night...

Now they have to bring him back. They should make him league commissioner.

He may be a step up from the current one.

Still can’t believe the owners renewed his contract when he sent the league down this path...

Not that I care. Haven’t watched a game this millennium.

Kaepernick became a free agent following the 2016/17 season after his controversial decision to kneel for the national anthem to protest racial injustice and police brutality against black Americans he demonstrated that he does not have the skills to be an NFL quarterback.

Fixed.

“Now they have to bring him back. They should make him league commissioner.”

It is hard to conclude that he couldn’t do a better job than the incumbent.

I know some people speculated that he has been blacklisted for the past few years.

But if that was true wouldn’t he have been signed by some team so as to prove they were not blacklisting him?

Or isn’t it quite possible he’s just not a very good NFL caliber quarterback any longer?

Symbolically it would be huge to see him back in the NFL. But then some team would have to make the sacrifice to put him on the roster.

Didn’t Rodger Goodell and his boys try to strong-arm any owners to take one for the team?

I still can’t believe the idiotic statements from Pete Carrol and the likes of Ryan Tannahill.

What a disgrace.

Oh I hope this is true.

The NFL has already screwed themselves with patriotic Americans, this news will ruin it for the BLM lunatics....

And the organization will die.

He’ll laugh all the way to the bank if the NFL is paying him to go away.

Sports boards are eerily silent on all,of this. Where it does show up the trend is kneel, and NO WATCH...

Have stated my intent in that regard as these overpaid 20 year old should do their protesting off the field. The MSM could certainly give them the forums for that

I’m surprised a judge hasn’t ordered a team to sign him.

Why don’t they bring back a simulated version for a simulated game in front of a simulated audience?
