The mainstream media is being called out for skipping the murder of the 5-year-old Cannon Hinnant that took place over the weekend.
The story: On Sunday, 25-year-old Darius Sessoms, who is black, reportedly walked up to Cannon Hinnant, who is white, and shot him in the head at point-blank. At the time, Hinnant was in the front yard of his family’s house, riding his bike. His two sisters, ages seven and eight, were also there and saw the shooting, according to witnesses.
Sessoms left the scene and was arrested Monday. He has been charged with first-degree murder and is being held without bond at the Wilson County jail. According to Daniel Horowitz of Conservative Review Sessoms had several felony convictions on his record.

Jail house or not he lives and that is bad enough.
Tell me how well all this civilized and all so proper system works when your 5 year-old dies at the hands of an animal like this creep.
We don’t have swift justice, we don’t have reasonable justice. He isn’t the alleged killer. He is the killer. NO doubt about it. That is enough due process for me.
It really does not matter though. Neither of us has any say in the matter. Things will continue in their same broken way.

Really? And how long did it take for this Aug. 9 murder to be finally make it to such? I searched Cannon Hinnant on Bing yesterday and there was no major nationwide media on him except Fox news the NY daily news and the Sun, the rest being local sources (including affiliates of major sources), and Googling Cannon Hinnant today only shows CNN and Newsweek among major nationwide media. And racist CNN misleadingly puts a big picture (as a video) of a white man at the top of the story. All souls matter .

Some mothers (probably myself) in the same situation would spiral down into depression, eventually learning to “cope” but be a shell of her former self. This mother seems like a fighter...and *if* it turns out Mr Scum just wanted to kill a white boy, this strong mom may be able to put a national spotlight on BLM as the joke that it is.
Justice for Cannon. His life mattered.
It took CNN so long because they have been trying to figure out how to spin this. They can’t. They were hoping dad was racist...oops..just sat and had beer with Mr Scum the night before. Hmmmm. “If only Cannon had been a white cracker teenager, then we could...well, no, he was only 5”. The only thing they could do is just put off reporting it. I have no doubt they’re still digging into the family to find SOMETHING. I hate the MSM.
We need to pray for her and that family.
Just think for one minute: how is your attitude really any different from the BLM activists who demand that if justice doesn’t happen on their timetable, according to their demands, then they’ll refuse to accept that justice exists, and will go burn the city down?
