There was no noose.
It is however evidence of perpetually aggrieved people finding offense in some of the most benign things (as though we really needed confirmation of that).
This might take a little wind out of Bubba’s sails.

I was just talking to my wife about this. People walked by this everyday. They thought nothing of it.
One guy walks in and “sees” it in an entirely different light.
I have to wonder how many people at the track were asked about this before it went public.
I don’t blame Bubba. But I do wonder if the people in charge are on such a hair trigger that they did not look around and say, “how long has this been there.”
I can imagine some garage guy with 5 minutes on his hand making a noose to make opening the door easier. No intent other than to make an improvement.

A noose once bit my sister.
My mother-in-law had one on her garage door pull, so does my Sister-in-law and when I had a house with a garage door pull it looked the same.
