Looters and rioters pillaged a car dealership during the recent civil unrest.
According to Motorious, more than 50 cars were jacked from a Dodge dealership in San Leandro, California following mass unrest in the aftermath of George Floyd dying.
Yes, you read that sentence correctly. More than four dozen vehicles were taken! Not only that, but the criminals were so emboldened that they filmed themselves doing it!

Funny how many of us received small rebate checks from our auto insurers due to COVID-19. I’m waiting for the other shoe to fall and see the increases due to auto thief and damage due to the riots and so-called protesting.

In that and many other aspects of life. The costs of looting, property damage and other assorted mayhem is going to be passed on to consumers and taxpayers one way or another. That will only cause many of us to tighten our spending even more. At least until November.
And the miscreants don't get full blame. A large chunk of that falls on governors, police chiefs or anyone else who ordered law enforcement to stand by and watch.
